                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF
                   A SEWER EASEMENT FROM CARL S. STONE AND
                   WANDA STONE RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 72,
                   TRACT NO. 112, HIXSON COLLECTION SYSTEM, FOR
                   A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF ONE THOUSAND EIGHT
                   HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,800.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Carl S. Stone and Wanda Stone
       relative to Contract No. 72, Tract No. 112, Hixson Collection
       System, for a total consideration of $1,800.00.
